1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using EPSIGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the EPSIGO application or related services.

2. About EPSIGO

EPSIGO is an educational application designed to support Korean language learning and preparation for the EPS-TOPIK examination.

EPSIGO may provide vocabulary, grammar patterns, pronunciation audio, learning progress tracking, bookmarks, and other learning features.

3. Eligibility

You may use EPSIGO provided that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are using EPSIGO on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that the use of the application complies with these Terms.

4. Free Plan

EPSIGO may provide a free learning experience with limited access to selected content and features.

The available Free Plan may include, depending on the current version of EPSIGO:

• Vocabulary Days 1-3
• Grammar Patterns 1-10
• Korean Pronunciation Audio
• Learning progress
• Language selection

EPSIGO may change, improve, or reorganize free content and features in future versions.

5. Registration Access

EPSIGO may offer a Registration option that provides access to additional learning content.

The Registration plan may include:

• All Vocabulary Days
• All Grammar Patterns
• Learning progress
• Learning progress backup and restore
• A 30-day EPSIGO Plus bonus
• Continued access to the Registration content included in the package

Registration access is separate from the EPSIGO Plus subscription. Registration access remains available while the user's account remains active, the EPSIGO application remains available, and the EPSIGO service continues to be operated or maintained. The expiration of the EPSIGO Plus bonus does not end Registration access. Features available exclusively through EPSIGO Plus require an active Plus subscription. Learning progress backup and restore features may depend on account access, available storage, supported learning data, and the continued availability of the related EPSIGO services.

6. EPSIGO Plus

EPSIGO Plus is a premium subscription service that provides additional learning features and functionality beyond Registration.

Depending on the current version of EPSIGO, EPSIGO Plus may include:

• Features and access available through Registration
• Drill Mode
• Hide Translation
• Korean Pronunciation Audio
• Playback Controls (Auto Play, Shuffle)
• Future premium feature improvements

EPSIGO Plus is provided through a subscription or other payment period specified during purchase. The applicable price, duration, renewal terms, and other payment conditions will be presented to the user before completing the purchase.

When the EPSIGO Plus period expires or is no longer active, access to features available exclusively through EPSIGO Plus will end. The expiration of EPSIGO Plus does not end the user's Registration access, provided that the Registration access and EPSIGO service remain available.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some EPSIGO features and access options may require payment, including Registration Access and an active EPSIGO Plus subscription.

Prices, Registration Access is obtained through a one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription. EPSIGO Plus may be offered through a subscription or another payment period, as specified during purchase.

Prices, payment periods, available plans, renewal terms, and payment methods will be displayed before purchase.

Where automatic renewal is offered, the EPSIGO Plus subscription may automatically renew according to the terms presented by the applicable app store or payment provider.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase and subscription details, including the price, duration, renewal terms, and applicable conditions, before completing a purchase.

8. Cancellation

If you purchase EPSIGO Plus through a third-party platform such as Google Play, subscription cancellation must generally be managed through the account and subscription settings of that platform.

Uninstalling the EPSIGO application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

When a subscription is canceled, access to EPSIGO Plus may generally remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to the applicable terms of the payment platform.

Cancellation and renewal procedures may vary depending on the platform used to complete the purchase. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and subscription terms.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable payment platform, purchase method, and refund policies that apply to the transaction.

If a purchase is processed through Google Play, the applicable Google Play refund policies and procedures may apply.

Refund eligibility and decisions may depend on the payment platform, purchase details, and applicable policies. Users should review the relevant refund terms and procedures when requesting a refund.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EPSIGO only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell EPSIGO content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass or defeat access restrictions or premium features.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the application except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use unauthorized methods, tools, or payment-related manipulation to obtain content or premium features.
• Abuse, attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security, availability, or operation of EPSIGO services.

11. Intellectual Property

EPSIGO and all elements developed by EPSIGO, including but not limited to its name, brand, logo, user interface (UI/UX) design, software, interactive features, and content created by EPSIGO, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Basic learning materials that refer to or originate from third-party sources, such as the EPS-TOPIK Standard Textbook by HRD Korea, remain the property of their respective rights holders. The reference, adaptation, or use of such materials in EPSIGO is for educational purposes and is not intended to claim ownership of the intellectual property of any third party.

Purchasing or subscribing to access to EPSIGO features does not transfer ownership of EPSIGO's intellectual property to you and does not grant any rights beyond the access and personal use permitted under these Terms and Conditions.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit EPSIGO's intellectual property without prior written permission from EPSIGO.

12. Learning Content

EPSIGO is designed to support learning and exam preparation. However, we do not guarantee any particular exam score, employment placement, visa outcome, or other result.

Learning outcomes may vary depending on the user's effort, preparation, learning habits, and other individual circumstances.

EPSIGO does not represent or guarantee that its content alone is sufficient to meet all requirements for an examination, employment opportunity, visa application, or other purpose.

13. Third-Party Services

EPSIGO may use third-party services to provide certain functions, including payment processing, authentication, cloud services, analytics, or other technical services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those third parties.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or experience interruptions beyond EPSIGO's control. Such changes or interruptions may affect the availability or functionality of certain EPSIGO features.

14. Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep EPSIGO available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the application, website, or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

EPSIGO may be updated from time to time to improve performance, security, content, or functionality. We may also modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue certain features when necessary.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, changes to external platforms, or other circumstances beyond EPSIGO's reasonable control.

If changes or interruptions affect access to EPSIGO, we will make reasonable efforts to address the situation according to the circumstances and operational resources available.

15. Account and Access

If EPSIGO requires an account or login, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You should provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining your account.

You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You must not share, transfer, sell, or provide access to your account to another person in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions or the applicable access restrictions.

You should notify us EPSIGO may take reasonable measures to protect the service, investigate suspected misuse, or restrict access where necessary due to security concerns, violations of these Terms and Conditions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

16. 16. Suspension and Termination of Access

Access to EPSIGO may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms and Conditions, misuse the application, or engage in activities that may harm EPSIGO, its users, or its services.

Where reasonably necessary, we may also restrict access to certain content or services to protect EPSIGO, its users, or the integrity and security of the platform.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before suspending or terminating access. This may not apply in cases involving urgent security risks, serious misuse, legal requirements, or circumstances where prior notice is not reasonably possible.

If access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the service, any related consequences will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

17. Disclaimer

EPSIGO is provided as an educational service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EPSIGO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular learning outcome.

The information and learning materials provided through EPSIGO are intended for educational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of official examination content, examination results, employment placement, visa approval, or other outcomes.

EPSIGO does not replace official learning materials, examination guidelines, government information, or professional advice where applicable. Users are responsible for verifying official requirements and information from the relevant authorities or institutions.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPSIGO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the EPSIGO service.

This may include, to the extent permitted by applicable law, losses related to service interruptions, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or reliance on learning content or information provided through EPSIGO.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, or to restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary, including when EPSIGO introduces new features, services, plans, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page together with a revised effective date.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes through the EPSIGO application, website, or other available communication channels.

Your continued use of EPSIGO after the updated Terms and Conditions become effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the affected services.
