1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EPSIGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the EPSIGO application or related services.

2. About EPSIGO

EPSIGO is an educational application designed to support Korean language learning and preparation for the EPS-TOPIK examination.

EPSIGO may provide vocabulary, grammar patterns, pronunciation audio, learning progress tracking, bookmarks, and other learning features.

3. Eligibility

You may use EPSIGO provided that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If you are using EPSIGO on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that the use of the application complies with these Terms.

4. Free Plan

EPSIGO may provide a free learning experience with limited access to selected content and features.

The available Free Plan may include, depending on the current version of EPSIGO:

• Limited Vocabulary Day
• Limited Grammar Pattern
• Native audio pronunciation
• Learning progress
• Language selection

EPSIGO may change, improve, or reorganize free content and features in future versions.

5. Registration Access

EPSIGO may offer a Registration option that provides access to additional learning content.

The Registration plan may include:

• All Vocabulary Days
• All Grammar Patterns
• Native audio
• Learning progress
• Future content updates
• Lifetime access to the included content

Registration access is separate from the EPSIGO Plus subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. EPSIGO Plus

EPSIGO Plus is a premium subscription service designed to provide additional learning functionality.

Depending on the current version of EPSIGO, EPSIGO Plus may include:

• Everything included in Registration
• Auto Play
• Shuffle Mode
• Hide Translation
• Future premium features
• Other premium learning improvements

EPSIGO Plus is provided through a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated during purchase.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some EPSIGO features may require payment or an active subscription.

Prices, billing periods, available plans, and payment methods will be displayed before purchase.

Where a subscription is offered, the subscription may automatically renew according to the terms presented by the applicable app store or payment provider.

You are responsible for reviewing the subscription details before completing a purchase.

8. Cancellation

If you purchase EPSIGO Plus through a third-party platform such as Google Play, subscription cancellation must generally be managed through the account and subscription settings of that platform.

Uninstalling the EPSIGO application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable payment platform, purchase method, and EPSIGO refund policy.

Where a purchase is processed through Google Play, applicable Google Play policies and procedures may apply.

Please refer to the EPSIGO Refund Policy for additional information regarding refunds and eligible purchases.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EPSIGO only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell EPSIGO content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass or defeat access restrictions or premium features.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the application except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use unauthorized methods to obtain premium content or features.
• Abuse, attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise EPSIGO services.

11. Intellectual Property

EPSIGO and its associated materials, including but not limited to its design, branding, software, text, learning content, audio, graphics, and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to EPSIGO does not transfer ownership of EPSIGO's intellectual property to you.

12. Learning Content

EPSIGO is intended to assist learning and examination preparation. We do not guarantee that use of EPSIGO will result in a particular examination score, employment outcome, visa outcome, or other result.

Learning content may be updated, corrected, expanded, reorganized, or removed when necessary.

13. Third-Party Services

EPSIGO may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including payment processing, authentication, cloud services, analytics, or other technical services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

14. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep EPSIGO available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the application or any particular feature will always be available without interruption.

EPSIGO may be updated from time to time to improve performance, security, content, or functionality.

15. Account and Access

If EPSIGO requires an account or login, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You should notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

16. Termination

Access to EPSIGO may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the application.

Where appropriate, we may also restrict access to content or services to protect EPSIGO, its users, or the integrity of the platform.

17. Disclaimer

EPSIGO is provided as an educational service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EPSIGO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes.

Information and learning materials are provided for educational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of official examination content or results.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPSIGO and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary, including when EPSIGO introduces new features, services, plans, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page together with an updated effective date.
